Here’s some information about the most common questions our customers ask regarding Christmas shopping at Skappel.

 

Order Deadlines and Delivery

Standard Delivery:
To ensure your gift is delivered before Christmas, the order deadline is December 13th.
You can order after this date, but we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on time.

Express Delivery:
DHL Express offers expedited shipping for orders placed by December 19th. As long as our warehouse processes the shipment by this date, the package will arrive before Christmas.

 

Skappel Store

At our store on Lysaker Brygge, you can get help selecting knitting kits, yarn, and guidance with patterns.
Throughout December, we also offer gift wrapping for all our customers 🩷

Return and Exchange Policy

We’re extending our return and exchange policy for Christmas gifts from Skappel. All orders placed from November 1st can be exchanged until January 12th.

Items can be returned or exchanged either in our physical store or online. If you need help with a return label, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

 

Gift Cards

Due to website issues, we are temporarily unable to sell gift cards online.
If you’d like to purchase a gift card for someone special, you can do so in-store or contact our customer service team. They’ll assist you with placing a manual order for your desired amount and provide a printable gift card with a code for the recipient.
