Description

Sukkertøy means Candy and is a light easy to knit shorts in various beautiful color combinations. The Sukkertøy Shorts are the sister piece to the Sukkertøy sweater, and together they make the perfect set to wear through the Norwegian spring, summer, and autumn.

The shorts are knitted in Suri Norwegian Lambswool in 1001 Natural White, 1002 Sand and 1003 Gray.

Construction

Sukkertøy shorts are knitted from the top down, making them easy to try on as you go. A folded waistband is knitted and then joined together. The shorts feature short rows to create a raised back, and have raglan increases at the front and back to shape space for the hips and thighs. The edges are finished with an i-cord. The waistband is tightened with an i-cord string threaded through.
