Description

The Synne sweater is named after Emma Steinbakken's sister, she wanted to make a tribute to Synne who has been with her through thick and thin. This sweater is a symbol of the special bond you have as sisters. Synne is an oversized sweater with contrasting colors giving the casual shape a fun twist!

The sweater is knitted in Suri Norwegian Lambswool 1001 Natural White, 1013 Rust Red and 1032 Pastel Green.

Construction

The sweater is worked from the bottom up on a circular needle. The body and sleeves are knitted separately, each with a section of charted colorwork followed by stockinette, before the pieces are joined for the yoke. The yoke is shaped with raglan decreases and then worked back and forth with decreases to shape the neckline. All stitches are bound off before stitches are picked up and knitted for the neckband.
