Order and Delivery Deadlines

Standard delivery: To be sure your Christmas gift arrives before Christmas Eve, the order deadline is December 16th.

It is possible to place orders after this date, but we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive in time.

Express delivery: DHL Express offers express shipping for orders placed by December 19. If the warehouse manages to dispatch the order by December 19, the package will be delivered before Christmas.

In our store at Lysaker Brygge, you can get help choosing knitting kits, yarn, and guidance with patterns. We also offer all our customers gift wrapping throughout December 🩷

Return and Exchange Policy

We are extending the return and exchange period for Skappel Christmas gifts. All orders placed from November 1 can be exchanged until January 12.
